These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sorting Social, a product-research tool available at app.sortingsocial.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Beachinsoft ("Sorting Social," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Sorting Social helps online sellers research trending products by letting you search and sort listings from Pinterest (by repins), Etsy (by favorites), and Wish (by number sold). We surface publicly available data from these platforms to help you spot trends; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Etsy, or Wish except as described below.

You need an account to save searches, favorites, and collections. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and let us know at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
The free plan returns up to 25 results per search at no cost. The Pro plan unlocks full results for $19/month or $149/year, billed in advance. Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; a small number of subscribers who signed up before we moved to Stripe are billed through Recurly instead.
You can cancel anytime from your Profile page, which opens the billing portal for your subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you'll keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for. Please don't use the Service to violate any law, scrape or resell our data in bulk, attempt to bypass rate limits or account restrictions, interfere with the Service's operation, or infringe anyone else's rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service.
Search results reflect data pulled from Pinterest, Etsy, and Wish at the time of your search. We don't control that data, can't guarantee its accuracy or availability, and aren't responsible for changes those platforms make that affect what we can show you. Your use of any information you find through the Service to make business decisions is at your own risk.
The Sorting Social name, site, and software are our property or licensed to us. Product data displayed through the Service belongs to the respective platforms and sellers. You may use the Service for your own product research; you may not copy or resell the Service itself.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that search results will be complete, accurate, or lead to any particular business outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sorting Social is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
